* Sessions are geared toward Preschool though Grade 5

 

Billing and Payments

Payment is due at the beginning of each month, for the sessions scheduled during that month. For example, if you will have four 30-minute sessions  ($40 each) in the studio during any given month, a $160 payment for those 4 sessions is due at or before your first session that month.

 

Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, Paypal

 

Missed/Cancelled Sessions

In the event of any planned absences, please notify me at the beginning of each month or at least 24 hours in advance. If you give notice of an absence at the beginning of the month and do not wish to schedule a make-up session during that month, you do not need to pay for the missed session. If you give notice of an absence/cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, we can either plan a make-up session on an alternate day or credit your payment for that session to the following month.

 

If you do not notify me of an absence at least 24 hours in advance, you will still be charged for that session. This includes unexpected circumstances such as conflicts, travel or illness.

 

If I cancel a session, you will not be charged for that session- your payment for that session will be credited to the following month or refunded.
